Postage and Packaging

National Delivery (within New Zealand)
For goods to a total value of NZ$50.00 or less the cost of postage is $7.50. For goods with a total value greater than NZ$50 the cost of postage is $10.00

Delivery within New Zealand is within 5 working days.
All orders placed within New Zealand, and or for delivery within New Zealand, will include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

International Delivery
For goods to a total value of NZ$50.00 (duty free) or less the cost of international postage is $15.00 to Australia and $30 elsewhere

For goods with a total value greater value than NZ$50.00 (duty free) the cost of postage is $20.00 to Australia and $40 elsewhere

Where possible we will use the New Zealand Post International Economy Courier service to speed up delivery and enable you to track your item. This service is only available to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the USA. The target delivery times of these items will be 3-6 working days.

For all other orders we will use the New Zealand Post International Air service with a target delivery time of 4-10 working days.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country , which are not included in our prices.
You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees.
HUHU store is not liable or responsible for any inward customs duty or charges.

Note: goods that are sent internationally are zero rated for GST.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Huhu Store during normal New Zealand business hours. Orders are not valid until accepted by Huhu Store.
Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Currency
International transactions via Huhu Store are carried out in NZD and processed through the international banking system and exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider.
